I'm a WW restarter. A couple of things have derailed me off of WW but I'm returning to what works.
I lost 30 pounds the last time I was on WW during 2005-2006. I gained it back and I gained another 25 pounds on top of that.
WW has changed in the past 2 years and I not sure how it works 100%, but I can't wait to give it another shot.
I'm excited about beginning again and look forward to enforcing some healthy changes in my life. I'm only 4'11" and I'm 205.2 as of this morning. I have been feeling ill and tired. I sleep too much and rarely feel "myself"....
I have a question for any of you that restarted doing WW:
What keeps you from becoming discouraged and quitting again ?
What helped you readjust yourself into following the WW plan ? I think that will be my biggest challenge, after quitting WW I often thought "whoa I couldn't eat this when I was on ww" and often felt deprived and once I quit I was relieved to not count points. So how do I overcome this hurdle without making the same mistake again ?
