Weight Watchers for College Kids
I finally made it to my -10%! Somewhere around January 1st I was just one pound away from my goal, but then began a four week baby roller coaster. Up a little, up a little more, down a little, down a little more. Then my Wii Fit came along and in the very least provided me with some new inspiration.
-2.8 lbs this week.
I call that success -- considering those homemade cookies. It sounds about right for me anyway. Actually exercise, lose weight, duh.
But here is an update. I am not even sure if I have posted here before or not. Anyway.
Starting weight: 317.6 lbs
Current weight: 285.8 lbs
Next -10%: 258.6 lbs
My next goal weight will hopefully come in the next three to four months. Oh, shit. I can't even imagine 250 lbs. I mean, I have been there, obviously, but it probably just flew by the last time around. At 250 lbs there is no way I won't be able to see a noticeable difference. Recently, I have found a few small things that have changed, but nothing too significant -- only things I would notice. But another thirty pounds will definitely show. I'm getting excited!
I have never tried to lose weight before, it's like I never really cared before this point. But as I am starting to feel older, at 22 (LOL), I'm starting to realize the seriousness of doing well with my life right now be that with school, health, or what not. Because let's face it, I'm a quarter of the way through my life. Ha. Sorry. I'm a realist.
